pan>)--The Department of Veterans Matters Office of Research plus Development
(ORD) honored two individuals for their efforts to raise consciousness about
Veterans and VA Research. At an afternoon wedding service held this summer at
VAs key office, Francesca Cetta and Claire Quigley were recognized
by Dr. Madhulika Agarwal, VHA Deputy Under Receptionist for Health for
Insurance policy and Services for their exceptional efforts on behalf of VA
Exploration and its mission to improve the lifestyles of Veterans.

Influenced by a demonstration of VAs research campaigns and the DEKA arm
prosthetic at the Apr 27 VA Research Few days Central Forumwhich
coincided this year with VAs Take your Child to Work DayMs. Cetta
enlisted the assistance of Ms. Quigley to hold a bake sale.
Both are fifth-grade students which reside in Potomac, Md.
VA Research works each day to develop and also conduct research on quite a few

prosthetic limb with a fully functional hand, allowing mobility for
individuals with uppr arm amputations.
