The Philippine Navy-Naval Forces The southern area of Luzon (Navforsol), together with other multi-stakeholders in the Bicol place,LeBron X, gathered some 110 out-of-school-youths for any Bicol Youth Empowerment Summit (YES).
The summit was held for the Coastal View Resort, Sto. Domingo Albay previous August 27 to 28.
The three-day training and team-building actions for this years YES had been anchored on the theme Harnessing your Youth Sector in DRR-CCA in direction of Disaster Resilient Communities,http://www.nikelebronx-10.com.
Skipper Rommel Jason Galang, Navforsol commander, said the actual theme is in line while using the need to rally support via government and non-government institutions throughout occurrences of disasters to counteract emergencies, mitigate effects assure provision for those in need.

Among the issues and concerns discussed on the second day of the summit are Inner Peace and Security Strategy Bayanihan, Maritime Domain Awareness, People Trafficking program, HIV/AIDS prevention, DRR Management along with Basic Life Support.
Persons in the Philippine Army, Soldiers of the Philippines, Naval Forces Southerly Luzon and PAO also took transforms in capacitating the participants with Disaster Rescue Operations via hands-on orientations on knot tying or maybe seamanship skills, extrication of patients plus rappelling techniques, water rescue along with other life saving techniques in waters.
